This is the 1st time we try this popular swiss rolls.

They are known for their swiss rolls, kaya and durian are winners for being fresh and moist.
Kaya rolls are filled with green kaya (no added cream) whilst durian (cream added) rolls contain the fruit fibre made with real D24 durians. It has genuine aromatic stuff that will make you drool .

The kaya roll, bright green sponge enveloping a layer of green kaya (ingredient: - egg/sugar/coconut etc) is light and luscious, the durian roll is rich and pungent.

The swiss roll is good because the sponge cake is super soft and it melt in your mouth. The texture is really good, yummy...
But personally i felt the spread of durian and kaya can be alittle more thicker, the shortcoming is when we eat the swiss rolls, the ends of the sponge cake have less spread and not very evenly spread. The Kaya spread is really nice, as for the durian though is also nice but we think it will be even better if they don't mixed it with cream .

There are other variants- coffee, blueberry, mango, chocolate, strawberry at $5x2 = $10 per box but the kaya and durian rolls each footlong of swiss roll costs $6x2 = $12 per box are the most popular .

How Many Marbles Do You Have Left?

The older I get, the more I enjoy Saturday mornings. Perhaps it's the quiet solitude that comes with being the first to rise, or maybe it's the unbounded joy of not having to be at work. Either way, the first few hours of a Saturday morning are most enjoyable.

A few weeks ago, I was shuffling toward the kitchen, with a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and the morning paper in the other. What began as a typical Saturday morning turned into one of those lessons that life seems to hand you from time to time.

Let me tell you about it. I turned the volume up on my radio in order to listen to a Saturday morning talk show. I heard an older sounding chap with a golden voice. You know the kind, he sounded like he should be in the broadcasting business himself.

He was talking about "a thousand marbles" to someone named "Tom". I was intrigued and sat down to listen to what he had to say. "Well, Tom, it sure sounds like you're busy with your job. I'm sure they pay you well but it's a shame you have to be away from home and your family so much. Hard to believe a young fellow should have to work sixty or seventy hours a week to make ends meet. Too bad you missed your daughter's dance recital. " He continued, "Let me tell you something Tom, something that has helped me keep a good perspective on my own priorities." And that's when he began to explain his theory of a "thousand marbles."


"You see, I sat down one day and did a little arithmetic. The average person lives about seventy-five years. I know, some live more and some live less, but on average, folks live about seventy-five years. Now then, I multiplied 75 times 52 and I came up with 3900 which is the number of Saturdays that the average person has in their entire lifetime."

"Now stick with me Tom, I'm getting to the important part. "It took me until I was fifty-five years old to think about all this in any detail", he went on, "and by that time I had lived through over twenty-eight hundred Saturdays. "I got to thinking that if I lived to be seventy-five, I only had about a thousand of them left to enjoy. So I went to a toy store and bought every single marble they had. I ended up having to visit three toy stores to round-up 1000 marbles. I took them home and put them inside of a large, clear plastic container right here in my workshop next to the radio. Every Saturday since then, I have taken one marble out and thrown it away."

"I found that by watching the marbles diminish, I focused more on the really important things in life. There is nothing like watching your time here on this earth run out to help get your priorities straight. "Now let me tell you one last thing before I sign-off with you and take my lovely wife out for breakfast. This morning, I took the very last marble out of the container. I figure if I make it until next Saturday then God has blessed me with a little extra time to be with my loved ones...... "It was nice to talk to you Tom, I hope you spend more time with your loved ones, and I hope to meet you again someday. Have a good morning!"

You could have heard a pin drop when he finished. Even the show's moderator didn't have anything to say for a few moments. I guess he gave us all a lot to think about. I had planned to do some work that morning, then go to the gym. Instead, I went upstairs and woke my wife up with a kiss.

"C'mon honey, I'm taking you and the kids to breakfast." "What brought this on?" she asked with a smile. "Oh, nothing special," I said. " It has just been a long time since we spent a Saturday together with the kids. Hey, can we stop at a toy store while we're out? I need to buy some marbles."

After reading this i think all of us should have a good thought!

My Lunar New Year Dinner!!!

Should have write this 2 weeks ago but forgot all about it.

Tired of going through all the hassle this year we decided not to cook so we ordered our dinner. We ordered our reunion dinner from Hotel Intercontinental Singapore 满福苑
they have this promotion specially for Chinese New Year - Supreme Treasures Pot , which is actually Pen Cai "盆菜" it consist of Shark's fin, abalone, scallop, goose web and some other ingredient too, it comes in a big claypot all we need to do is heat it and is ready to be serve. It also comes with free YuSheng 发财鱼生 and wok-fried glutinous rice 糯米 (the yusheng and glutinuous rice comes in only a small portion maybe only enough for 2-3pax but the "盆菜" is enough for about 5-6 pax.) it cost $318 but 25% discount will be given if order before 31/1/2008.

We also ordered some sushi and sashimi from Sakae Sushi total it cost about $120. I forgot to take photo can only post some the orders.

All the food we ordered was fresh and nice, perhaps will order again next year ;)

Edison Chen Suspected of Leaking Naughty Pics Himself

Edison Chen spent 10 hours yesterday being questioned by Hong Kong police after they seized more computer equipment from his home. On the computer equipment, which includes the Cotton Candy Mac, police found another 1,000 naughty pictures and videos. Three new celebrity women were also identified in the new pictures. Hong Kong police notified the girls they had found pictures of them on Edison’s computer. While in Hong Kong Edison has been staying at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel.

Today Edison was back at the Wanchai Police Headquarters where he was questioned by police again. Police now suspect that Edison was actually working with the computer technician who was arrested by police after being accused of stealing, then distributing the naughty pictures from Edison’s laptop after he repaired it. Police suspect that Edison arranged for the technician to spread the photos to help boost Edison’s image internationally, much like it did for Paris Hilton, in the hopes he would be able to get more work in Hollywood, and other countries outside Hong Kong. The technician may have not received any money from Edison directly, instead he may have made money selling the photos on the black market, and may have received some of the profit from street vendors who have been selling CDs of the pictures.

If Edison did arrange for the pictures to be distributed with his permission, it would justify his fear of being prosecuted by police in Hong Kong, and may be the reason he tried to cut a deal with police and prosecutors before returning to Hong Kong. Today was the second day of questioning for Edison, which could mean he is a suspect. The technician was released from police custody earlier this month.

Edison’s sister, Trician Chen, says she has been speaking to Edison several times a day, and that Edison plans to leave Hong Kong as soon as possible. Once again, it seems Edison wants to get far away from Hong Kong before police officially arrest him.

If police find out for sure that Edison is directly responsible for leaking the naughty pictures to boost his career, he is sure to be in bigger trouble than first thought.

It has been almost a month and it is still a burning hot issue world wide, sigh...
With the latest update including those previous photo he had actually taken more than 2000 photograph of all the female celebraties who had sex with him.

hmm... I really don't know what's wrong with the society though he had apologized but i really can't accept what he claimed.
He claimed those photographs are not meant to be shared but according to some reporters they claimed that he had actually share it with others and this is nothing new in the entertainment industry.

Though there's nothing wrong with taking nude photo and this maybe his personal life but i really don't think what he is doing is ethical.
I don't know where is his value and why is he keeping so many actresses video and photographs,
is it really for self-admiration??? hmm...personally i doubt!

Anyway, damaged had already been caused especailly to those ladies who are getting married!
Well, who to blame ??? naive or Indiscriminating in finding sexual partners???

The moral of the story for ladies is NOT to take such photo but if you really want to remember you have to keep it.

最近看了好多的真实灵异片令我好奇的也看了关于佛的片子因为好像一切都是因果，
看了关于佛的片后我又好奇的看了一些关于前世今生的片子觉得真的很不可思议。

我不知道是否真的有前世或因果，但听了些学佛的师傅和一些可以看到前世的人说得好像真有其事。

其实，如果真的有因果，我真的不懂为什么不能今世因就有今世果而要累积到下一世呢！

如果要累积到下一是那又为何要让他们喝孟婆汤，喝了孟婆汤不是什么都忘了吗，那有意义！！！
