My Lunar New Year Dinner!!!

Should have write this 2 weeks ago but forgot all about it.

Tired of going through all the hassle this year we decided not to cook so we ordered our dinner. We ordered our reunion dinner from Hotel Intercontinental Singapore 满福苑
they have this promotion specially for Chinese New Year - Supreme Treasures Pot , which is actually Pen Cai "盆菜" it consist of Shark's fin, abalone, scallop, goose web and some other ingredient too, it comes in a big claypot all we need to do is heat it and is ready to be serve. It also comes with free YuSheng 发财鱼生 and wok-fried glutinous rice 糯米 (the yusheng and glutinuous rice comes in only a small portion maybe only enough for 2-3pax but the "盆菜" is enough for about 5-6 pax.) it cost $318 but 25% discount will be given if order before 31/1/2008.

We also ordered some sushi and sashimi from Sakae Sushi total it cost about $120. I forgot to take photo can only post some the orders.

Sushi Party Set and some add on but below is one of the best.

All the food we ordered was fresh and nice, perhaps will order again next year ;)
